The Stay Company Friar Gate is located just a 5 minute walk from Derby City Centre at 62-64 Friar Gate, Derby where a number of the city’s best bars, cafes and restaurants can be found.

These wonderful Grade II Listed Georgian buildings had previously been used as office blocks prior to the major renovation work to convert them into serviced apartments that started in 2016 and was fully completed in the summer of 2017.

The Stay Company's luxury serviced apartments are located in two areas of Derby City Centre, Friar Gate & Derby Central.
