If you’re considering a weekend break in the school holidays or at a weekend, we have more than 100 serviced apartments on offer.

We are currently in Derby and Nottingham and, since growing our portfolio, we have a selection of serviced apartments across different sites.

In our accommodation, families can prepare meals in fully fitted kitchens, store food and drinks in the fridge, arrange laundry and book housekeeping services.

All the fully serviced apartments are in secure blocks, have on-site parking and there is 24-hour support at the end of the telephone from one of our guest services representatives.

Leisure guests are always welcome

Since we launched six years ago, we have been welcoming corporate and leisure guests to The Stay Company.

Families who want to explore local tourist attractions, attend events or visit relatives in the East Midlands, regularly book our serviced apartments.
