Yoga at Breathing Space Derby

The Breathing Space Yoga Studio is nestled within Derby’s historical Cathedral Quarter. Tucked away, in a beautiful 17th Century former Coach House, on George St (just off Friar Gate) the Breathing Space offers a wide range of yoga classes to suit all individuals - from people new to Yoga with dedicated Beginner Yoga classes to the improver and advanced practitioner. Styles include gentle, Hatha, aerial, Vinyasa flow, hot Yoga, Ashtanga, restorative, Yin, embodied Yoga, Kundalini and meditation. They also have classes dedicated to women in pregnancy, new mums with their babies and families. Classes are available in person at the studio or can be accessed live online via Zoom if you’d rather practice from the comfort of your accommodation. The Breathing Space's dedicated teaching team is passionate about sharing yoga as a life-long journey, highly qualified and will offer you a warm welcome.
