If you don’t know – we’re currently in Derby and Nottingham. We have an array of superb, serviced apartments in Derby and we’ve just launched a new site called Whitefriars in Nottingham.

We’ve been growing our portfolio of luxury serviced apartments since we set up, and we are soon to celebrate the opening of our 100^th apartment in the East Midlands.

World-famous cricketers and elite members of the Great British Cycling Team say we are their go-to place for a good night’s sleep in Derby.

Our serviced apartments are fresh, clean, and tidy – and they’re so much more than just a hotel room.

We can offer guests open plan studios, or a one or two bedroom luxury apartment -complete with contemporary, spacious, and clean kitchens. And don’t worry about bringing your cooking condiments – they’re on us.

In our serviced apartments, you can prepare homemade meals, store food and drinks in the fridge, and - here’s a treat – breakfast cereals and tea, coffee and sugar are on us!

You can work, cook, and live!

From pots and pans to a workstation and comfortable chairs, we’ve furnished our apartments with everything you are going to need during your stay.

And if we’ve missed something, our team of dynamic house keepers will be only too happy to assist.

Don’t worry if you’re travelling alone either, all our premises are secure and have free on-site car parking. We offer professional housekeeping and a 24-hour telephone support.
